Do you Offer a Courtesy Car?
For Insurance Customers your policy may entitle you to a replacement car for the duration of your claim, we are able to organise a replacement car for your duration without any hassle. For all other Repairs a replacement car is dependant on vehicle availability, there is a small daily cost for this service.

We offer a full collect and drop service to the above listed locations depending on availability, we offer a collect and drop service in other areas by arrangement.

All repairs come with a 5 Year Guarantee
Can delays happen ?
If replacement parts are required sometimes these can be put on “Backorder” with the manufacturer if they are not located in their parts stores, in this case it may delay your repair by a few days this will not effect the cost of your courtesy car as we cover all delays.

My car has failed the NCT on mechanical and Body items do i have to get another garage to do the mechanical work, or can i have both mechanical and bodywork covered in your workshop?
As well as Qualified Vehicle Repair Specialists, Our Staff are Qualified Mechanics; Roughly 30% of repair work we carry out requires additional mechanical remediation, we offer choices of manufacturer parts, After Market (From Motor Factors) or through Part Sourcing (End of Life Vehicles). All work is Subject to standard wear and tear.
I am going to claim of my or someone else’s insurance, is there anything that i need to know about this process?
